How do I use the hot and cold therapy?
For cold therapy, simply place the hood in the freezer for at least 2 hours. For heat therapy, microwave the hood according to the included instructions (usually 30-60 seconds). Always test the temperature before applying to your head.
What is the return policy?

How long does the cold/heat last?
When fully frozen, the cold therapy typically lasts for 15-20 minutes. When heated, the warmth lasts for about 10-15 minutes. The hood is designed to be easily refrozen or reheated for extended relief.
